Wing Chun, (also known as Ving Tsun), is both a hard & soft style of martial art that focuses on the development of root, structure, efficiency of movement, practicality, center-line, simplicity, and a relaxed mind and body. The Wing Chun system, comprised of 3 forms, a dummy form, and 2 weapons forms create an energetic container of physical space in the body for the generation and release of immense inner power.


Wing Chun was originally developed by a woman and does not rely on size or muscle in its application. Its roots lie heavily within Confucianism and Taoist science of the energy system. This art form, re-patterns and restructures our energy for the containment, integration, and expression of our original soul essence held within our jing; enhancing the communication through our entire system.


The effects of these practices over time go well beyond the purposes of self defense as it grounds and strengthens the potency and flow of our original essence within the body. Many of us can operate the body from the more subtle refined levels of ourself without ever fully coming into our original essence. The frequency of our essence is the tip of the arrow of our soul's decent into physicality. The development of our original essence, vital energy, and spirit open the doors to the vastness of human potential in a body.
