Nutrition & Supplementation

Nutritional health is one of the primary means by which we support and maintain the health of our (post natal) jing. Through the quality of our diet and correct supplementation we provide our bodies with the necessary nutrient building blocks to create the shifts in our lives that we desire for increased health, vital energy, cognitive function, emotional stability and overall sense of well being. When our jing is well nourished it provides the foundational support for our vital qi energy to build and develop from the transmutation of jing to qi released in part within our cellular makeup and through meditative qigong practices providing the body the energy to cleanse and heal itself.

The nutritional, lifestyle, and herbal supplementation that may be suggested assists the body back to an alkaline state, promoting healthy digestion and a deeper state of relaxation. The goal through nutrition, qigong meditation, and life style is to bring our serotonin, endorphins, melatonin, oxytocin, endocannabinoids, GABA, dopamine and adrenaline back into balance increasing the overall function within the body greatly enhancing the healing process and the overall joy in our life. 
Once this foundation has been built, shengong healing and spiritual meditative practice can be incorporated to begin clearing the “energetic pictures” we are holding on a spiritual level. These pictures are the blueprint for our neural network, recurring negative thought patterns, and subconscious beliefs that create our emotional imbalances, which then informs the health of our bodies, and the decisions we make. By addressing the healing process through jing, qi, and shen we provide the space and tools for healing that is sustainable and lasts a lifetime.
